They can be used in either Compression or Shear or a combination, and are available with various thread configurations. Additional Sizes are available, Plus Stainless Steel metals and Oil Resistant / High Temperature rubbers available on request.

Male Female
Male Female Rubber Bobbin Mounts, sometimes referred to as Type B Bobbin or Type 2 Bobbins. They are a low cost solution to reducing vibration & shock, and are used in applications where a bolt fixing is required. They can be used in either Compression or Shear or a combination of both, and can be produced with different thread variations. Many additional sizes are also offered, and the Bobbins can also be produced in Stainless Steel metals and Oil Resistant & High Temperature rubbers.
Applications include - General Purpose mountings, where a Male / Female connection is required. Suitable for a wide range of applications & industries which may include Diesel Engines, Gen Sets, Instrumentation, Industrial Machines & Equipment. Weight range from 1kg to 2000Kg per mount.
Female Female
Female Female Bobbin Mounts, also referred to as Type C Bobbins or Type 3 Bobbins are a low cost Anti Vibration Mount, suitable for reducing vibration & shock and a vast array of different applications. They should be used in either Compression or Shear or in a combination, however like all bobbins, not put into tension. Bobbins are available with many different thread Sizes, ranging from M3-M24 in various lengths. Additional Bobbin Mountings sizes are available on request and can be produced in various grades of Stainless Steel and Oil & High Temperature resistant rubbers
Applications include - Female / Female Bobbins are a general purpose mounting solution, popular in many different applications & industries including IC Engines, Generating Sets, Instrument Panels, electronics & various types of Industrial Equipment. Weight range from 1kg to 2000Kg per Bobbin.
Hexagon
Hexagon Bobbin Mounts having hexagonal end metals, allow the installer to hold the rubber mountings with a spanner to avoid twisting the rubber during installation. These AV mounts can be used in Compression or Shear or a combination.
Applications include - General Purpose mountings for lightweight industrial equipment having weight range from 1Kg to 110Kg per mounting.
Waisted
Waisted Bobbin Mounts offer low shear stiffness properties, and are available with various Thread configurations. Stainless Steel metals and Oil Resistant / High Temperature rubbers are also available.
Applications include - Lightweight equipment, vibratory feeders, electric motors, control panels etc.

Interleaf
Interleaf Bobbin Mounts are produced with an integrally bonded interleaf metal to increase the load capacity. Interleaf Bobbins are ideal where large compressive forces need to be accommodated with relatively small amounts of deflection on the product.
Applications include - Vibratory rollers, sieves and grading equipment, Industrial Machinery including diesel engines etc
Thread Combinations
All bobbins mountings are available with various thread sizes, lengths & configurations, such as M8 bobbins, M10 Bobbin etc, upto M24 Bobbins. The Stud Lengths can range from 5mm to over 46mm depending on the size of Bobbin Mount. It is also possible to have different fixing sizes or lengths on either side of the Rubber Bobbins.
Bemag
Applications include - Bemag Mountings are ideal for applications where high dynamic forces are experienced, such as Vibratory Rollers, Compactors & Construction Equipment. The rubber mounting has been designed to give extended fatigue life under high dynamic forces.
Silicone
Silicone Bobbin Mounts, are used for reducing vibration & shock where high temperatures are present, upto 225degC (for short time exposure) Like the standard bobbin mounts, they can be used in either Compression or Shear or a combination of both. Silicone Bobbin Mounts can be manufacture with various thread sizes & lenghts. Additional Bobbin Sizes are also available, and can also be produced in Stainless Steel metals and Oil Resistant & High Temperature rubbers, available on request.

Multi Interleaf
Multi Interleaf Bobbin Mounts are produced with two integrally bonded interleaf metals to increase the load capacity of the rubber to metal bonded mounting. They are ideal where large compressive forces need to be accommodated with relatively small amounts of deflection on the rubber. Mountings can also be used in Shear, where the compression to shear ratio considerable.
Applications include - Sieves and grading equipment, Industrial Machinery including diesel engines etc
Profile Bobbin
Profiled Bobbin Mounts are ideal for applications where high dynamic forces are applied, particularly when being used in Shear or Shear/Compression. The oversized end metals allows for an improved bonded interface between the rubber & metal, to increase the fatigue life when the parts are used for high dynamic applications, and also act as a stress reliever.
Applications include - General Purpose Machinery & Equipment, Vibratory rollers, Buss Bar Supports, Sieves and Grading equipment, and General Industrial Equipment including IC Engines.
