The most advanced displacement batch cooking technology by Valmet is called DUALC™ cooking. The DUALC process can be applied to paper grades as well as dissolving pulping process. Also, technology for conventional batch cooking can be supplied.Valmet has vast experience on various tailor-made upgrade projects, including single equipment replacement and modification as well as process efficiency improvements with technology improvement. In addition to batch cooking technology, Valmet can supply Pandia® continuous digester products for annual fibers, NSSC pulping and bioprocessing.
